1.Our employees
TRAINING
We are committed to encouraging the development of our people incessant, with the objective of maximizing both their career potential as well as the overall performance of the business. Emphasis is placed on work-based learning, thus providing the opportunity for sustained improvement through coaching and mentoring properly. This is complemented by more formal training programs, such as workshops.
Learning and Development team are a vital part of the process to keep employees motivated and develop business by providing our people greater powers and ¬ known targets, improvement in the classroom and attitude to work-based learning.
We are the only company in our sector offering a comprehensive training program for our employees. We are also the only company that operates a regional training center to train all our managers units.

2. Sustainable supply
Sustainability, ethical and environmental considerations have become increasingly important to our customers and consumers. We have a large initiative with our suppliers, who are about to materialize due to the appointment in 2010 of a project manager who will deal specifically with the development of this project.
Eurest shares the concerns of its customers and consumers about the difficult conditions faced by manufacturers in many producing countries.
We recognize that Fairtrade is a way that benefits them.
We support strongly Fairtrade project, whose Fairtrade mark guarantees that farmers in developing countries they are paid a price that covers production costs plus a premium to be spent on community projects, such as those based on services better health, the health and education systems.
We will continue to supplies from a variety of organizations to respond effectively to the needs of our customers and consumers, and are willing to work with new suppliers who can provide an ethical manner consistent supplies of goods sold, including the Fairtrade mark and its alternatives.
We also believe that organic products have a lower impact on the environment and develop partnerships with suppliers of organic products. In June 2010 we started to offer organic yogurt in our locations
3. Wellness and Nutrition
Besides demand for organic products available today, Eurest work with a dietitian program 'Balanced Choices' to provide a balanced diet.
We know that we have an enormous influence on what our thousands of daily users choose to eat and drink. That's why we created our program 'Balanced Choices' for healthy eating. 'Balanced Choices' contribute to the development of our business and is the first in terms of awareness raising awareness on the importance of proper nutrition. It was developed by a qualified team of dieticians, nutrition experts and those in power technology and is based on sound science, the guidelines given by the state and best practices.
4. Environment
Eurest Catering Romania is the only company in Romania certified ISO 14001.Aces ¬ yours is a great example of our pioneering spirit. All our units are ISO 14001 certified according to our internal proceduruile.
Also, besides recycling program in our office, I started to replace our old printers with new printers using ecological technology such as solid ink cartridges and energy saving systems. ¬ continuing to reduce our office paper consumption is used GreenPrint software (www. printgreener.com) to minimize paper usage
In the canteen, Eurest take back the lead, the first and only company catering to recycle food waste resulting from the production process.
